Access period
Each course page states its access period before you pay: either a fixed number of days from the date your enrollment is approved, or access for as long as the course is offered.
When access starts
Access starts when we approve your payment, not when you submit it. You will receive an email and the course will appear in your dashboard.
When access ends
Access ends when the access period expires, when a refund is processed, or when an enrollment is revoked for violating the Terms and Conditions. Your progress records and earned certificates remain valid.
Course updates
We may update lessons to keep content accurate. If a course is retired, enrolled students keep access for the remainder of their access period or at least [30] days' notice, whichever is shorter.
