Request a copy of your data
Email us from your registered email address with the subject “Data access request”. We will send you a copy of your personal data within [15] days.
Delete your account
Email us from your registered email address with the subject “Account deletion request”. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm the request.
When your account is deleted, we remove your profile, learning progress and uploaded files. We keep only what the law requires (for example, payment records for tax purposes) and certificate records needed for verification, with your name replaced by an anonymized placeholder.
Deletion is permanent and ends access to all courses. We complete deletion requests within [15] days.
