S.A.M. ONLINE

POLICIES

Terms and Conditions

The rules for using S.A.M. Online. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Draft — pending legal review

This policy is a draft and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Items in [square brackets] are still being finalized.

Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your password private. Each account is for one person only. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Course access and licence

When your payment is approved, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course for the period stated on the course page. Course content remains the property of its owners.

You may not download, record, copy, share, resell or publicly post course videos or materials, except materials expressly marked as downloadable for your personal study.

Videos display a watermark identifying your account. We may suspend or revoke access, without refund, if we find account sharing or unauthorized distribution.

Payments

Prices are in Philippine pesos. Enrollment is activated only after we confirm that your payment reached our receiving account. Submitting false or altered proof of payment will lead to account suspension.

Assessments and certificates

Examinations must be taken by you, without unauthorized help. Certificates are issued only when the system confirms you met all requirements, and may be revoked if they were obtained dishonestly or issued in error.

Certificates show completion of a S.A.M. Online course. They are not academic degrees or government-issued licences unless a course page expressly states an accreditation.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected course.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
